A small plain parting tool made from 3mm x 13mm rectangular section M2 HSS steel. Made in Sheffield by Henry Taylor Tools. With dark stained beech handle 180mm long. Total tool length 300mm. For parting off, cutting right angle corners and notches, rolling small beads and (sideways) for scraping chuck dovetail recesses. An essential part of the tool kit.
