Useful honing block has four sides with different diamond grades. 200 grit, 300grit, 400 grit and fine 600 grit for an extra sharp edge on all your blades. Can be used freehand or in the plastic benchtop holder.
Freehand use is much easier and safer than the small fiddly diamond hones. The chunky size makes it easy to grip and keeps the tips of your fingers away from the tool edge and also you can more easily maintain an accurate bevel angle. Perfect for skew chisels especially oval ones.
Can be used dry or wet.
