Budget Saltmill mechanism

Hard plastic quality grinder mechanism made in England by Spong. Finished height of mill approximately 200mm (about 8 inch). Actual shaft length 200mm. 22mm or 7/8" hole suggested in barrel of mill. Outer grinder sits down in 28mm counterbore and is retained by black plastic strap 38mm diameter. Chrome plated brass knob.
It is possible to shorten the 3/16" square aluminium shaft by cutting down the top end and re-threading. Thread thought to be 2 B.A.
Matching pepper grinder mechanism is not available - sorry. This high quality grinder is priced to clear.
